Join artist Kim Bellavia at the Bhakti Barn on Saturday April 26th in a workshop to honor Mother Earth Day. After an opening meditation, participants will collaboratively make an earthenware cob by mixing clay, sand, soil and fibers together, then individually create their own small sculpture of Mother Earth, adding natural materials to their works. This workshop is an opportunity to connect with Mother Earth and reflect on the interconnectedness of all life and the sacredness of the world. Creating her essence into form is a collective way of raising awareness, inspiring protection and giving Gratitude.
